Bev Doane has been with the company since 1994, and is responsible for non-ferrous payments at the Clackamas location. This involves interacting with the industrial accounts as well as the general public, and yard operations. With her many years of experience at R.S. Davis Recycling, Bev is an important member of the management team.
Joe Beck, who joined R.S. Davis Recycling in 1997, is an integral part of our management team. He came to the scrap industry from the transportation industry, which is a large part of moving scrap. Joe handles many day-to-day operations responsibilities, including licensing and safety.
Jamie Stateler has been a familiar face at R.S. Davis Recycling since the age of 14, when she worked weekends here while still in high school. After college, Jamie’s career took her to other industries, including banking and the airlines. She rejoined the company in April 2002. Today, Jamie is our Controller and Vice President of Finance. She also handles special projects and manages much of the day-to-day accounting functions, as well as serving as a key member of the management team.
Hank Doane is our Vice President of Operations. After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Business, Hank went to work for the Wolsley Company. He became a Branch Manager for a Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. facility in Portland, gaining managerial skills, which he brought to the company in 2007. Hank earned his MBA in Business (emphasis in Finance) from the University of Portland in 2010. He served as the Chapter President for the local ISRI chapter 2012 - 2014, www.isri.org
